Following an extensive development process, we are delighted to release the second generation of Dave Chisnalls 90% tungsten darts. The Harrows team worked closely with PDC star, Dave Chisnall, to design and develop his latest set of match darts to his exact specifications. It is a parallel dart with carefully positioned rings along the length of the barrel. Larger rings at the front and two prominent micro grip sections at the rear. The dart is coated in a durable gold titanium nitride coating, then recut to create a stunning gold and silver colourway. It didn't take Chizzy long to find his form with his new darts, as he claimed his first PDC title with them last month. He won the Hungarian Darts Trophy and then followed it up with a Pro Tour win 4 days later. Chizzy 90% darts are supplied with Supergrip Carbon midi shafts, new 100 micron signature Chizzy flights and are match weighed to +/- 0.05g. We worked closely with PDC star, Damon Heta, to design his stunning second generation Harrows darts. Damon was keen to stick with his signature front loaded profile, whilst adding some new design features to the barrel. The front half is where Damon grips the dart the strongest and this comprises a variety of scalloped and ring cuts to his specifications. The rear of the dart features 6 precision milled cuts, giving the dart a unique look and feel. Damon's new darts are finished with a striking metallic red coating. This 90% tungsten dart has a perfectly streamlined profile with symmetrical rings cuts along the entire length. The key feature of this dart is the nose. The barrel has been precisely machined so that the transition from the barrel to the point is completely seamless, ideal for front grippers. Introducing the Xiaochen Zong Limited Edition Mission Darts. Only 301 individually engraved sets have been made in this exclusive range to commemorate ‘The Pandaman’ throwing the first ever ninedarter in a PDC China streamed event. In February 2023, the Chinese player created history when he threw the perfect nine-dart leg during the final of ProTour Event 6. The 90% Tungsten barrel features radial grooves throughout, offering a simple and clean grip, suited tomultiple throws. The barrel features multiple grip profiles throughout the barrel offering a well-balanced feel to the dart. The front of the barrel features CNC milled cross-sections separated by natural and radial groove finishes, with a nod to ‘The Asp’ on the nose of the barrel. The grip then moves to a classic radial groove back at the rear offering a consistent feel. The Red PVD performance coating is then overlaid within the grooves of the darts adding grip and texture. The Power 9Five Generation 10 - designed and created in collaboration with 16x World Champion Phil Taylor. The result is a high-precision, 95% tungsten barrel with the perfect weight and balance. The barrel offers a high level of CNC milling throughout with extreme detail. The dart features 3 grip areas, the front is a chrome CNC milled grip with black PVD coated inlay which then moves to a combination of machine milled rings and nano grooves with subtle detail. Lastly, at the rear is a unique design which features a ‘hive’ like grip which was created using high precision milling machines. The 90% Tungsten barrel, shaped to Gabriel’s exact requirements, offers multiple grip profiles including radial at the front and a dual radial grip zone at the back – this is all separated by the high precision CNC milling rings found in the centre which adds to the look and grip of the barrel. The barrel is then fully hand sand-blasted providing a grippier feel than natural tungsten before re-machining in the centre and rear, highlighting again the natural tungsten. The professional PU surround has a thickness of approximately 3.5 cm. The PU material protects the wall from damage and minimizes the number of falling darts, thus also protecting the darts and the floor. The new improved fit with an inner diameter of approximately 45 cm fits perfectly on any bristle dartboard we know - one size fits all. The catch ring can be easily mounted on the dartboard. The width of the protective ring is approximately 12 cm, providing enough protection for the wall, even for inexperienced dart players.
